Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for subscriptions or payments made for the BachatDesk service.

Eligibility for refunds

Refund requests may be considered in cases such as duplicate payments, incorrect billing, or technical issues that prevent reasonable use of the service.

Free trial periods, where offered, do not involve any payment and therefore are not subject to refunds.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact the BachatDesk support team with the following details:

  • • Organization name and organization code
  • • Registered contact email address
  • • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • • Brief description of the issue
Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institutions.

Discretion and limitations

Refunds are granted at the discretion of BachatDesk after reviewing the circumstances of each request. Subscription fees already used for a billing period may not be refundable.

Cancellation and refund terms

NIVI TECHSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

NIVI TECHSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables. Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within Not Applicable of receipt of the products.

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, bring it to the notice of our customer service within Not Applicable of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into the complaint, will take an appropriate decision. For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer. Any approved refunds by NIVI TECHSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will take 3–5 days to process to the end customer.
